Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries in the world. If your country is not listed at the registration, please contact us to verify your address. International orders are usually shipped with UPS but in some cases we might use USPS (United States Postal Service).

For all international orders - we can't be held accountable for the actions taken by a country's customs/authority other than the United States of America. Customer is responsable of the package as soon as is held by customs. Customers must track their packages using the tracking code provided by us, and be ready to contact UPS or your country customs in case of any issues. UPS and customs might contact customers by phone so please be sure you always provide the best contact number where you can be reached at. We are always ready and open to help you in case you need any additional information to help resolve any issues at customs. 

We sure to know what documents are required to import our products into your country before placing your order. The company only manages the information required in the U.S.A to export the products. By default we always included 3 original invoices which are required by UPS. However, we can provide additional information if requested before shipping the order. This information includes, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, Free sale Certificate, packing lists, and other. Please note that some of these documents can't be issued once the order is shipped.

Returns 

Open supplements are non-returnable. To return an item please call Customer Service (1-800-786-0708) or email us at info@equi-herbs.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number goes in your package along with a copy of your receipt. Unless an item is defective, it must be returned unused, with labels and in new condition within 7 days of receipt. You are responsible for the freight coming back to us unless it was an error on our part. We recommend that you send back returns either with UPS or thru USPS with a tracking number as Equi Herbs will not be responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered return packages.
